Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or location entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider that operates it. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. We do not retain or log those search terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
We retain an email you send long enough to review and answer it. Messages stay within our organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.
Data We Gather Automatically
Our servers automatically receive basic technical information when a page loads:
- Page-view dates and times
- Your device's assigned IP address
- Device type and operating system
- Browser name and version
- Pages viewed and time spent on them
- The referring site, when available
Cookies and Analytics

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not maintain, assemble, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The site identifies how to request Comanche County records from the Sheriff, court clerks, Texas DPS Crime Records Division, and Texas Public Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not converted into a third-party dossier or consumer report, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy terms govern information placed in those tools, including retention and sharing. We do not control those practices, so review the provider's policy before sending a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Comanche County government, court portals, Texas agencies, legal resources, or third-party tools. Once you follow an outbound link, the destination's privacy policy applies. Review it before providing personal information.
Some advertising providers use their own cross-site tracking to select ads. That processing occurs through the provider's systems.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal information. Data may be available to:
- Analytics providers measuring traffic and performance
- Search partners processing a query you submit
- Advertising networks serving site ads
- Government or law-enforcement bodies acting under a valid legal order
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, standard safeguards protect collected data. No internet system is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee that a breach will never occur.
Users Under 18
The site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that a minor supplied data, we will remove it.
Your Data Rights
Applicable privacy and consumer-protection law may provide additional rights. Texas Government Code Chapter 552, the Texas Public Information Act, governs requests to public bodies, while Government Code Chapter 411 controls dissemination of criminal-history record information. Those laws do not turn this private site into a government record custodian. You may:

- Ask for access to information we retain about you
- Seek correction of inaccurate information
- Opt out of qualifying forms of processing
